1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Global Price Pro ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including those who sign up for a free trial or paid subscription.

2. Description of the Service

Global Price Pro is a price comparison platform that helps users identify product prices across multiple international retailers, calculate profit margins, and receive deal alerts. The Service is intended for professional resellers, e-commerce store owners, and businesses.

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Starter: Basic features for individual resellers.
• Pro: Advanced features for professional resellers.
• Enterprise: Full features and API access for businesses and teams.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any security breach.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial and Subscription Selection

How the Free Trial Works:

• To begin your free trial, you must select a paid subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and complete the Stripe Checkout process.
• Your payment information is required to initiate the free trial. No charges will be applied during the trial period.
• The free trial lasts for 14 days from the date you complete the checkout process.
• During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the subscription plan you selected.

End of Trial:

• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you chose.
• The first charge will occur on the 15th day after your trial began.
• We will send email notifications before your trial period ends to remind you of the upcoming charge.

Cancellation During Trial:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period through your account settings.
• Cancellation during the trial will result in no charges to your payment method.
• Access to the Service will terminate immediately upon cancellation.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans:

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing and features are available on our website.

Billing:

• By selecting a subscription plan and providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) beginning at the end of your free trial period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time.

Upgrades and Downgrades:

• You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan will be prorated and take effect immediately.
• Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Failed Payments:

• If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge it again within a reasonable period.
• If payment issues persist, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

6. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data from third-party websites in violation of their terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
